4Effective and helpful  Dec 31, 2005
By J. Armerding
This device has definitely helped my carpal tunnel symptoms. I think it would be nice to use it as a massage tool AND have something with which to cover it to use for longer term use as a wrist positioner with the mouse. It isn't really helpful to rest ones wrist for very long as you just get impressions from the rubber all over your wrist. The intended use of rolling your wrist back and forth on it for exercise and alleviation of symptoms is VERY well designed. I am glad to have it and would purchase another for someone with the same problems.

4A lot more comfortable than it looks  Dec 02, 2008
By J. Levene
This really does help keep your wrist happy; I have some trouble with mine, and it helps. It's very comfortable (yes, it looks like a torture device in person, too).

The rubber parts spin to make it easier to move your hand.

Only quibble: it's about 5-6" deep, and it can be hard to make room for it.

1Not useful  Jan 15, 2007
By William Farrell
Unfortunately, this is poorly designed. It is too high to rest you wrist on comfortably and the 'stimulating' rolling rubber parts are too hard and abrasive.

3It's a little tall (put book under mousepad)  Jul 14, 2011
By David L. Roberson
Well constructed but just a little tall. Most the time it ends up supporting the upper forearm rather than the wrist. However, it's excessive height can be remedied by elevating the mouse a half inch up.

3Too high for my wrist  Sep 26, 2010
By Tricia
I really liked the concept of this as I work on the computer all day. But I'm small-boned and petite so I really found that this was too high for me to use comfortably as I ended up having to cock my elbow up and out. I ended up re-purposing it as a foot massager after a long day of shopping.
